Gala dinner at The Abbaye de Collonges – Paul Bocuse

Located on the banks of river Saône, Abbaye de Collonges stands in all its splendor, and offers you a unique opportunity to enjoy the best of French cuisine!

In 1966, chef Paul Bocuse successfuly took over his great-grandparents restaurant and  renamed it « L’ Abbaye de Collonges ». The Abbaye is dedicated to banquets with its colourful  and opulent décor of the chef’s unique collection of antique fairground organs, his passion!

You will be able to admire the most majestic of them all, a bigger than life « Gaudin » that beats out the music like an orchestra of 115 musicians. Its sound, so lovingly restored, will bring thrills and joy to your heart during a fantastic dining experience bringing you the finest things in life!

The gala dinner is already included in the conference fee. Extra ticket will be also available for accompanying persons.
