Photography and data processing (GDPR)

The information entered in the registration form will be subject to computer processing. It is processed by computer for the organizers to manage the logistic organization of Batteries Event 2024. 

As in-person participants of Batteries Event 2024, the registered delegates authorize the organizers to use any photograph or video taken during the event and to make it available on its website and on partners medias; to the express exclusion of operations outside the context of the communication activities related to the event, and any use likely to damage reputation or any other medium of pornographic, racist, xenophobic character or any other prejudicial exploitation.

According to the Data Protection Act of January 6th, 1978, modified in 2004, and the EU regulation #2016/679 of April 27th, 2016 on personal data protection (GDPR) you have at any time, a right of access to and rectification of all of your personal data. You may also oppose, for legitimate reasons, the processing of your personal data.
