TANGHETTI Zachary

Zach Tanghetti is an expert in manufacturing workforce development, operator qualification, and technical training content development. His work focuses on manufacturing training systems, supplier knowledge transfer, and the creation of detailed technical documentation, including standard work instructions for battery processes.

Half of Zach’s 13-year career has been in the battery industry. He has held the role of Senior Expert at PowerCo SE in Germany, where he supported global factory planning and technical training initiatives. Prior to that, he was Manufacturing Training Program Manager for Northvolt AB in Sweden, focused on scaling operator training content and supporting technical documentation to achieve IATF 16949 and VDA 6.3 audit readiness. His background in the battery industry began in China, where he served as a Factory Production Manager for K2 Energy Solutions, designing a new line and managing production at their contract manufacturer, DLG Battery.

Zach is passionate about growing European battery cell manufacturing competence and strengthening the overall battery value chain. He is also currently building his own consultancy alongside his wife, called Firoozeh Flow. Their focus is on manufacturing training, technical documentation, and product design services to help companies translate complexity into clarity, from production lines to product screens.
