Isabelle Devinne is a professional in the maritime and port sector, with over ten years of experience at Dunkerque-Port. With a career firmly focused on international trade and logistics, she has worked across a range of maritime environments, from shipping companies to freight forwarding. Today, in charge of promoting the Port of Dunkerque, she actively contributes to the development and visibility of her territory, particularly on industrial, logistics, and energy-related issues.

He has been involved in the battery industry and production technologies for over a decade. His journey with power sources began with vehicle electrification, followed by the development of battery systems for buses, including the implementation of the first battery laser welding system in Poland. Currently, at Wastes Service Group, he supports business development, contributes to product innovation, and ensures compliance with the latest regulations such as the EU Battery Regulation. Since the beginning of 2024, he has also served as Chairman of the Battery Committee at the Polish New Mobility Association (PSNM).

As the head of Government Affairs for CATL in France, he lead strategic engagements with various levels of government and non-government stakeholders on industrial policies, battery development, e-mobility, energy storage and sustainability issues. He have 10 years of experience in climate and sustainability policy and diplomacy, negotiations, and communications, having worked for both the French and the British governments.
