Thomas Courbe was born in 1972. He is ingénieur general de l’Armement, and is a graduate of l’Ecole supérieure de l’aéronautique et de l’espace (SUPAERO). She started her public affairs and communications career in Brussels at SolarPower Europe in 2006 where she stayed nine years. She has furthermore worked as the Heads of Communications at EuroCommerce, Director at Grayling Public Affairs Brussels and EUFORES (a parliamentary network promoting renewables and energy efficiency policies) before joining RECHARGE in 2021. Nikita Hall has joined Entalpic as the Director of Lab and Material Innovation, where she is responsible for leading the company's material science development and laboratory strategy. She brings over ten years of dedicated experience in the battery technology sector, gained through key roles at several prominent European institutions, including Verkor in France, Ricardo in the UK, WMG (The University of Warwick), and the CEA Liten in Grenoble. Fatjon Maxharraj received his master's degree in chemistry from the University of Prishtina, Kosovo, in 2019. Since 2022, he has been a Ph.D. student at Fraunhofer Institute for Ceramic Technologies and Systems (IKTS). He works in the Department of Mobile Energy Storage Systems and Electrochemistry. Fatjon's research interests primarily focus on structured electrodes for lithium-ion batteries, including their manufacturing processes and characterization.

Mathieu joined Société Générale in 2024 with 15 years of investment banking experience and deep expertise in the battery sector. He previously built Santander’s battery franchise and advised large corporates and industrial startups on strategic M&A, capital markets, and financing transactions. Earlier in his career, he worked in M&A at BNP Paribas in Paris. Mathieu holds a master’s degree in finance from Paris Dauphine University.

Javier Silva is Director for Sustainability and Community Engagement at SQM Lithium, the world’s largest lithium producer. With more than 17 years of experience at the company, Javier has played a key role in shaping SQM’s approach to responsible mining and stakeholder relations. He holds a degree in Industrial Engineering and MBA from the Universidad Catolica de Chile.
