Jochen Di Vincenzo is Project Manager at P3 Group. His projects encompass market evaluations, operational benchmarking, industrialization excellence and technical due diligences for companies in the chemicals & new energy environment. Within P3, he is an expert for E-Mobility with focus on Li-ion and next-generation battery cell industrialization and collaborated in numerous project setups with national and international automotive OEMs, cell manufacturers and material suppliers along the whole battery value chain. Before working for P3, Jochen has gained his Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering and Management at the Karlsruhe Institute of Technology (KIT).

After graduating in 2007 from ENSEEIHT (Toulouse) with a degree in electrical and industrial computing engineering, I began my career as a BMS engineer at Dow Kokam, eventually advancing to the role of battery system software leader. in 2014, I joined IAV, where i have been involved in numerous battery development projects—ranging from prototypes to series production—holding various positions from development engineer to project manager. I currently serve as the battery and safety team leader. With over 18 years of experience in battery-related projects, I bring deep technical and managerial expertise to the field.

Vincent Giordani is the R&D Director at BASQUEVOLT, an innovative energy storage startup focused on pioneering solid-state battery technology with the ambition of becoming a European leader in the field. Prior to joining BASQUEVOLT, Vincent built a distinguished career spanning over 15 years in California’s advanced battery industry, contributing to companies such as Enevate, Fisker, and Liox Power. His professional journey is grounded in a strong academic background: he earned his PhD through a joint program between the CNRS in France and the University of St Andrews in Scotland. Joel is a Business Development Manager at AVL with a background in engineering and an MBA from the Frankfurt School of Finance & Management. He’s passionate about technology and sustainability and currently focuses on growing the market for AVL Digital Battery Passport and Lab Management software for vehicles. He works closely with clients across industries to deliver tailored solutions that support regulatory compliance, operational efficiency, and the development of innovative business models around battery lifecycle and lab operations.

Virginie Russ is a senior executive with extensive international experience in the Automotive and EVs battery materials industries. She has held key management positions in Global companies such as Johnson MaƩhey/EVMetals, VALEO, Montupet and Visteon. Throughout her career, she has demonstrated strong expertise in business development, sales strategy, and commercial negotiations, with a proven track record of driving growth, building strategic partnership, and leading multicultural teams across Europe, the US and Asia. Valentine Menuet is Head of Sustainability and Circular Economy at LCIE Bureau Veritas. A specialist in environmental regulations applied to electrical and electronic equipment, she supports manufacturers through monitoring, auditing, training, and certification. She is Bureau Veritas’ lead expert on European battery regulation and a member of the UF 111 Standardization Committee (Environment for Electrical and Electronic Equipment). Dr.-Ing. Jonathan Krauß is a leading expert in the digitalization of battery cell production, bridging the gap between research and industry. As head of digitalization at Fraunhofer FFB, he is responsible for transforming entire factory ecosystems with cutting-edge digital solutions. With a track record of over 50 industry projects - both publicly and privately funded - and dozens of published papers, he combines deep technical expertise with hands-on experience in real-world manufacturing. He will share key insights on how digital innovation is shaping the future of battery production - efficient, scalable, and ready for the challenges of tomorrow.

Dr Jennifer Channell is Head of Commercial at Anaphite, driving market adoption of their dry battery electrode technology. Formerly Innovation Lead for the UK Government’s Faraday Battery Challenge, she played a pivotal role in shaping the national battery landscape. Jennifer also serves as European Project Director for the Volta Foundation, championing global battery innovation through community. A recognised thought leader, she holds a PhD in Chemistry, is a Battery Ambassador for Battery Associates, and a professional member of the Royal Society of Chemistry and IOM3.

After training at Sciences Po Paris and INSP, I joined DGE in 2024 to work on the implantation of the Battery Strategy.

With over ten years in the Digital sector with Dassault Systèmes, Nicolas Vallin has spent seven years working for the Battery industry holding various positions and supporting Battery & Gigafactory projects globally. Today, Nicolas Vallin is focusing on guiding Battery Manufacturers with their Digital ambitions. He is also a member of the Strategic Orientation Council for the French PEPR Research Program.
