François has worked in the energy management and automation environment for over twenty-five years, where he has developed a solid experience in engineering and sales, both in France and international operations. Since 2020, François has established and developed Schneider’s international business with Electric Vehicles (EV) battery manufacturers, helping them to build plants faster and optimize operational efficiency to meet growing demand for high quality products. In previous roles, François led global account executives driving Schneider’s international business with some of the world’s biggest electric utility companies. François graduated from France’s HEI engineering school, specializing in automation.

Dr. Arnaud Bordes is a researcher at the French National Institute for Industrial Environment and Risks (Ineris), specializing in the safety of electrochemical energy storage systems. He conducts small- to large-scale testing on lithium-ion batteries across various applications and contributes to research projects aimed at improving safety knowledge for current and emerging battery technologies.
